EAP Order Terms
Signal Loom $1 Early Access Program, price, term, and conversion
Version 1.3 · Effective 8 September 2026
1. Introductory Price and Term
Your access to the Early Access Program begins on the date your introductory payment is processed (the “Start Date”). For an introductory price of US$1.00 total for the first sixty (60) days (the “Introductory Period”), you receive access to the EAP tenant provisioned for your organization.
2. Automatic Conversion to the Standard Subscription
UNLESS YOU CANCEL AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE ON A PAID, RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS AT THE STANDARD PRICE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 3, AND SIGNAL LOOM INC. WILL CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE EACH MONTH UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
To avoid converting to the Standard Subscription, you must provide notice of cancellation no later than seven (7) days before the end of the Introductory Period, using the cancellation method in Section 5. A cancellation submitted fewer than seven (7) days before the end of the Introductory Period does not prevent conversion: your subscription will convert to the Standard Subscription at the end of the Introductory Period, the first Standard Subscription charge will be billed at the start of the first monthly period thereafter, and your cancellation will instead take effect at the end of the then-current monthly period. Cancellation after conversion is governed by the standing cancellation right in Section 5 and takes effect prospectively only.
3. Standard Subscription Price
The Standard Subscription is the Signal Loom Identify plan, priced at a fixed fee of US$500 per month.
The Identify plan includes unlimited agent discovery and carries no usage-based or per-agent charge. Your monthly amount does not vary.
Additional plans with usage-based per-agent pricing are available. If you elect to move to such a plan, the applicable pricing will be set out in a separate order form, and Signal Loom Inc. will make current metered counts and the resulting charge available in your tenant before each charge.
4. Billing and Payment
By providing a payment method, you authorize Signal Loom Inc. (and its payment processor) to charge the US$1.00 introductory fee on the Start Date and, unless you cancel under Section 5, the recurring Standard Subscription charges each month thereafter. Charges are billed in advance of each monthly period. All amounts are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time by sending a one-click cancellation email to support@signal-loom.ai, which is monitored by Signal Loom for this purpose. Cancelling is at least as easy as the steps you used to subscribe. To prevent automatic conversion to the Standard Subscription, your cancellation notice must be received no later than seven (7) days before the end of the Introductory Period. A cancellation received fewer than seven (7) days before the end of the Introductory Period will not prevent conversion; the Standard Subscription will begin and the first charge will be billed as scheduled, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current monthly period.
6. Pre-Charge Reminder Notice
Signal Loom Inc. will send a reminder to the email associated with your tenant no fewer than twenty (20) days before the Introductory Period ends, stating the date automatic conversion will occur, that charges will begin, the monthly fee, the deadline to cancel without converting (no later than seven (7) days before the end of the Introductory Period), and how to cancel.
7. Relationship to the EAP Terms of Service
These EAP Order Terms are part of your agreement with Signal Loom Inc. and are incorporated into the EAP Terms of Service you accept at signup. These Order Terms govern price, term, conversion, billing, and cancellation; the EAP Terms of Service govern your use of the Service. Where the two conflict on a commercial term, these Order Terms control. Governing law, mandatory consumer/B2B protections, and dispute resolution follow the EAP Terms of Service.
